Fergus Drennan
I really enjoyed this one and I have been looking forward to catching up with Fergus for some time. Fergus is known for his foraging which his does in his own inimitable way. Covering a wide range of interesting themes around foraging and nature connection., from wild foods and road kill and as he eloquently puts it nose to tail (everything is used ) to making paper and hats from fungus to candy from footstalls (the classic Amanita ) and artwork from carbonised bones and skulls featured in the program.
